Eliminating some unexpected effects of the dental student admission process

HB Waldman

The admission process has long emphasized criteria which ensure successful completion of dental school and licensing requirements. However, little attention has been paid to the long term career consequences of the process and the effects on the present and the future delivery of dental service.
